Under this program, through December 31, 2009, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

• No monthly service charge if $500 daily balance is maintained!

Cash Management Account - Business Sweep Feature

• Balances in excess of $10,000 are swept daily from your PNB Business Account into a tiered interest bearing account (Cash Management Account)
• The three CMA balance tiers are:

$10,000.00 - $24,999.99

$25,000.00 - $49,999.99

$50,000.00 or more

• Interest earned will be credited to your Cash Management Account
• If the PNB Business Account daily balance falls below $10,000.00, the specific amount of funds will be transferred from the CMA to the PNB Business Account to maintain a $10,000.00 balance

• Interest computed daily and compounded monthly
• Interest is paid only on balances of $1,000 or greater
• $5 monthly service charge
• No monthly service charge if $1,000 daily balance is maintained!
• First 50 checks written per statement cycle are free. $.05 surcharge for each additional check
