Peoples Advisors, LLC, located in Hallstead, Pennsylvania, was formed under Peoples Financial Services Corp. in 2006 as a member-managed limited liability company for the purpose of providing investment advisory services to the general public.

In 2007, Peoples Financial Capital Corporation was added to the Peoples Financial Services Corp. family. Its main activities include the maintenance and management of tangible investments as well as the collection and distribution of the income from such investments.
